Virtual Scavenger Hunt 2015

Welcome to the 2015 Research Matters Virtual Scavenger Hunt

Here’s how it works

Daily Draw

On Tuesday, February 17th, and on each weekday until Friday, February 27th, we will release new clues. Each clue’s answer is just one or two words, and relates to a university research project happening somewhere in Ontario.

To enter for daily prizes, you must register for the contest and submit the correct answer by
11:59 p.m. on the day the clue is released.

Prize winners will be chosen at random from correct answers.

Grand Prizes Draw

There will be 21 Grand Prizes to be won and there will be 21 clues in total. In order to be entered for the grand prize draws, you must register for the contest and answer all the clues by inserting those answers into an online grid. If you complete it correctly, a hidden message will emerge, reading down through the answers. Submit this grid in order to be entered for the grand prizes, which will be chosen at random from correct entries.

The deadline for submitting your completed grid is Monday, March 2nd at 11:59pm. We will announce the winners at the Research Matters Big Thinking Panel event in Toronto on April 1st. The event will be webcast live, so if you can’t attend in person, tune in to see if you’ve won.

What you can win

We’ll be giving away 21 grand-prize gift bags filled with Research Matters swag. These gift bags will be available to all Ontarians. Everyone can play!
