Who owns our water?

Hi, my name is Harvey Rainbow from Brock University, and I'll be answering the question "Who owns our water?"

The United Nations would suggest that we all own our water and have access to it; however, because of the free trade agreement and NAWAPA (The North American Water and Power Alliance), the United States has free unfettered access to all of our water during the draught crisis. We must allow our neighbour access to our water and there is a plan and money set aside to divert the Mackenzie River and flood the Rocky Mountain Trench in order to serve as a reservoir to irrigate the U.S. mid-west - also known as the bread basket of the United States.
